Hey everyone! I'd like to know what treatment you usually take to lower a fever.

There are lots of choices, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs, so I want to know what actually helps you the most.
Do you prefer OTC drugs or do you trust traditional methods instead?
How long does it take for them to reduce the fever? Would love to hear your thoughts!
